    I started selling on Maxsold 2022.There customer service is definitely the best I have ever dealt with. Easy to contact and very helpful with answering my questions. I am about to start my fourth Auction.I am surprised at the negative comments has not been my experience.******

    Someone accessed to my email and bid on it maxsold auction without my knowledge I called right away in few hours when I see someone use my credit card for purchases i start calling since to cancel this transaction. . Auction items Not picked up I called within few hours I notified them but no one listened to me . I dont know which country people they are from no supervisors available when I called , what I see they are scammers use there on people for bidding keep eye on it Im requesting them if my account was hacked playing bidding who else was there too need list of people who was there Im not a auction person I dont know how its work even please cancel my credit card charge . I dont want any items .

    Lol to the person mad about the extended bidding clearly stated im terms of service literally all the auction houses do this except **** so good luck on your endeavors with the parole board bahabah im sure whoever yall yap to will get a good kick out of it i sure did reading it

    Maxsold needs to provide general neighbourhood information about sales and not street/map views. The mapview, plus stating that it is an estate sale, is why my family member's home was robbed within a day of the auction site going live - every bit of silver gone. We found out after the fact that the same thing had happened at a Maxsold auction in our city a couple of weeks before - every bit of silver. I think it's unsafe, and irresponsible, to keep doing this and creating a real target. Our family, and a paid caretaker, were in and out of the house at different times of day - I shudder to think what could have happened if one of us had been there when the robbery happened. We had a company that managed this entire process, and they were a partner seller with Maxsold. I have asked them to stop using Maxsold - this company needs to take safety seriously, and the trust that clients put in them.

In terms of the auction process at MaxSold, we are careful to ensure that individual house numbers are not shared with the public, and are only shared with winning bidders to facilitate the pick up. Whilst we can obviously not prevent people committing crime, or necessarily link this incident directly to the auction, we take this step to ensure that no one has the exact house location - unless it is needed as a winner to collect items.In terms of the robbery, we would be happy to assist with any police investigation in to the matter..     So frustrating!Person who called us at the outset was sure they could "sell everything". We didn't have a ton to sell (most of it did go), so we are going to end up paying them rather than making any money!Clarity in the process is lacking. The day before it opened we got a call saying that because we had so few things that we may end up owing. But by then there was no way to change anything!

    I was winning at closing time.They extended it for 20 minutes. I will never deal with them. Very *********. My husband is going to a parole board to try and stop their ********* behavior.

    We are clear in all the buyers terms & conditions in relation to the bidding process. We also clearly state that auctions will go in to extended bidding period if bids are placed within 2 minutes of closing. The process in laid out in a transparent manner, and in fact on each lot there is a Extended Bidding information information tab that you can open that notes this.

    I have purchased many times on MaxSold but this past one was definitely fraud. Photos of the item purposely avoided the damaged area. Fortunately, one photo, if you zoom in, shows the damage.*** asked for a refund and am waiting for a reply.Bad practice to allow this.

From time to time we accept that some items fall below the expectation that a buyer has based on the photo / description.

    My first time buying on maxsold and the experience was not good. After winning the bids, both me and my friend who was also bidding got over charged (cheated) on HST. The invoices show 13% on HST but we actually charged with *****%. I don't know how long this is going on at Maxsold and did anyone ever look closely the invoice ****** gave you.

    I have been a repeat seller hoping things would change but doesn't. Just hadn't last auction. Items sold for ****** *** with the30% or 300 i walk away ****** which isn't fair at all. Maxsold makes more money than us sellers on top of the percentage they charge each buyer to what they take from us. I believe that if it's close to the 300 then they should take the 30% not 300 and leave us with nothing, specially since I post all pics an descriptions.
