    On August 21st of this year, I changed the engine oil and air filters on my car, a 2014 **** ****, which at that time had 272,049 kilometers, for which I paid the amount of 164.93 cad. On Wednesday, September 25th, I was driving my car to work in Lindwood and it suddenly stopped working, my car at that time had 273,891 km. I had to call a tow truck to take it for an inspection, I was able to confirm that the engine had no oil and that was the reason why my car no longer worked. When the technician checked my car he told me that the engine filter was improperly installed and that was why it had lost oil. They changed the oil and engine filter to check if the car worked but it didn't, they told me that their mechanic would check it to activate their company's insurance, the above mentioned was verbally with the manager of the store *** ***** ************ In the afternoon *** **** ****** who is the manager of the Mr. Lube store sent me an email, telling me that they would carry out an investigation of what happened, but that in the first instance all the work done by them was of good quality and that the problem is my car that is very old, which * ***** ****** *** contradicts what ***** had told me when he checked my car. On Tuesday, October 1, I sent an email to *** **** ****** to tell me if the investigation was already concluded and he told me the following that they would not be responsible because they did a good job and that the car had already driven about 2000 kilometers. I have photographs of the filter when it was removed and it is clear that the seal was installed incorrectly. I have sent emails to *** **** ****** on repeated occasions asking him to send me the physical document of the investigation to verify that they checked my car and how they determined its fault, but I have not received a favorable response.
