    This site offers sports box breaks, meaning you pay for spots in what is a lotto in a sence, buying spots hoping to win based on whatever the break is. In this case the description given to get you to pay, was not what i ended up getting. I paid for two spots in a double up break, and i was not givin the proper spots. When asked for help i was told it was a mistake on theyre part and that i should contact the owner which i sent an email right away asking to speak too him.
    I got an answer that made it seem like they where blaming me for the mistake and was no longer admitting fault. i said i would call BBB and i was told i was still wrong. I have emails and reciepts for all my breaks with this site. And never have i had a problem till now, i did not get a refund because * *** ********** if i didnt take down review on ****** i would not get my refund so they kept my money.
    Breaks should be fair and what is described, and should not be able to change once spots are paid for. However i still have not got help from them, only rudeness, its sad i have had been a member for almost 20 years and my business didnt matter.
