      Ordered **** (**************) stripe in colorway Polo from a craft store. When it was delivered, the colorway was partially faded in all three skeins. Previous skeins had vibrant pinks, maroons, and rich purples, the current one is faded to the point that all the maroon is gone and the pink has orange in it. The difference is far more than the variation you would expect in a different dye lot and is enough to qualify as a different colorway entirely.
      I contacted customer service about the issue, they acted as though I didn’t know about dye lots and closed the ticket without answering my questions. They only responded back after I completed their customer service survey noting that they didn’t actually provide any customer service did they provide that it’s “manufacturing issues” for years and their solution is for me to spend the money returning the yarn. They then closed the ticket again.
      All online images from every vender and their own website still have the original colorway with the rich tones, suggesting you should be getting a product close to that. However, it’s all the faded, poorly dyed yarn that should be its own colorway. Numerous posts over the internet from other creators show the same issue, and that ************** has known about the issue and refuses to do anything for it. No figuring out how to actually get the same colorway, no naming this new colorway something different, no help outside of “return it”, and no change to the imaging for the product to reflect what it’s actually like.
      It’s very evident yarnspirations doesn’t care about their **** brand, the crafters who use it, or the yarn community as a whole. It’s incredibly disappointing and poor customer service to just ignore a massive issue many people have noticed with your product.
