    Hello, unfortunately we had quite a long explanation as to what happened with the service we did not receive at OK Tire. I have included the text file that we sent via email to Thames OK Tire to make the initial complaint about their services. Included are all the dates and story regarding what occurred, and we also have included digitized copies of the receipts provided by Thames OK Tire. We are looking forward to hearing back from someone regarding what options we have to hold this company accountable.

    I just want to add that after sending this email to the regional manager at Thames OK Tire - ***** ******** - he was emailing us regarding a 'solution' that was being made. After asking for an update, ***** informed us that the team was simply looking for parts to continue working on the vehicle to finally finish the repair. We made clear as you will see in this email, that we do not trust our vehicle with this shop any longer, and are looking for a refund so we can finally fix my wife's vehicle. Upon this email, we never heard back from ***** again, which again demonstrates that Thames OK Tire is not willing to take responsibility for their own mistakes, which they admitted to as you will see in the attached document.
