      Zero stars for Witlox! (I'm forced to give 1 star) I took my car in to get it safety as I'm selling it. I was told I needed brakes, ****** and control arm service along with new tires. I was quoted a price that, at this time I cannot afford. On the quote, it states, ' Most all parts are dealer only and there is no control over dealer pricing.' Making a few calls to local service parts dealers, I found all parts minus new tires for 230$. When I went to pick up my car and to my surprise the brakes were absolutely worse than when I brought them in! When I drove my car home, you could hear the brakes grinding which they were not doing when I dropped the vehicle off! I turned the car around and dropped it back to Witlox and called them the next day, hoping that they would return my car the way I gave it to them! The owner flat out refused, and said he will not look at it again. So, now thanks to Witlox, I have a very unsafe car that they made worse! I hope you can sleep at night knowing that you leave customers worse off, I hope you have a good confessor!

      The most honest mechanic in town with by far the best service and customer experience in all of London. I have been taking my vehicles to Witlox for over 10 years now. I would never dream of taking my car anywhere else!
