    I had a highly disappointing experience with Vehicle Armour and cannot recommend their services. Despite being marketed as a reliable auto warranty provider, my claim was handled with a lack of transparency and accuracy.After my vehicle was declared a total loss, I was provided with a payout amount that did not match the actual remaining loan balance on my financing agreement. I shared official loan documentation directly from ************************ showing the amount owed as of the date of loss. However, the company approved a lower amount without explanation, resulting in a shortfall that I am now left to cover personally.When I raised concerns and requested clarification, the response was vague, and the discrepancy was never resolved. The lack of accountability and customer service has been extremely frustrating, especially during an already stressful situation.Vehicle Armour has shown a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no regard for fair resolution. I urge others to be cautious when considering their services, and I hope this review helps prevent others from going through the same situation.
