    Hello, I had major work done to my home from SA dyna build about 4 years ago. The issue came back about a year ago. After trying for months to get a hold of them (calling,emailing,going to their office) they still havent contacted me back. I really trusted this company would have reached out to see what issues I was having. Since they were the ones that did the work maybe they could have come up with an alternate solution. Even a simple phone call back would have been nice.

    This is the first this is brought to my attention. We have experienced many changes since Covid. Our office has gone through many changes since then, but our phone system was changed to digital from analog, still serviced with voicemail which is monitored for messages. If messages have not got through we apologize but this would be our first knowledge of this.


    Also this complaint does not explicitly explain what the actual issues are so I will reach out to our customer in an attempt to bring this to a resolution!

    I want to clarify the issue that Im having for the business. I had you repair an ice damning leak. You removed a door going to outside onto the roof. You insulted and vented and drywalled finishing the walk in closet and added flashing and new shingles on the roof. As you repaired the damage the leak caused in the bathroom. The leak came back December 2022 and I tried calling and emailing consistently for about 6 months after that leak happened but I never heard back. Id love for you to come out and take a look since you know best what you did and maybe could repair in again.
