    I booked on Appointment with the company on Nov 7th for the following day Nov 8th, for a quote of~$250, they did not indicate that this doesn't include additional charges based on the square footage of the house (at this point I paid a deposit of ~$200). The next day they informed me 2 hours before my appointment that there will be another $421 based on the square footage of the house and I hesitantly agreed even though it was wrong. My appointment was at 5pm and at 7pm they informed me there had been an accident and they couldn't make it (there was no answer on the phone and I only got a text message). After calling many times I finally got through the next day and I requested a full refund but they wouldn't oblige, I again hesitantly agreed to do the appointment for Aug 9th at 6pm, they called at 630pm indicating that either they will be an hour late or we can do it the day after, at this point it was too late in the day for my tenant and I agreed to do it the day after. The next day 3 hours before my appointment they cancelled and they booked an appointment the next week without calling me. Ever since I have been trying to get in contact on the phone and they wont pick up, I did receive an email recently in which they refused to provide the refund.

    1) I do need the service anymore as I needed to have it done by Friday Nov 11th (as I needed to replace my floor by then)
    2) I had to scramble last minute and call 7-10 other services to get one to come in last minute. This company has not only wasted my money but my time and added frustration.
    3) Even if I need the service still why would I trust them to come on time and fulfill my request when they have cancelled 3 times.
