      I have been dealing with Crawford air for many years. Small projects here and there as needed. My most current one was a new heat pump on a commercial building in Mount Bridges.
      The date was all set for the installation, but, Mother Nature had other plans. The installation was reschedule and all went smoothly. Kyle and crew showed up at the time and went to work. The job was done quickly and they cleaned up nicely. Kyle involved with decision making; best location for the dual heads and for the outdoor unit, best location for thermostats. He reviewed the operation of the systems. Performance testing was done - everything went fine.
      I enjoy working with Crawford Air and easy and confidently recommend them.

      Crawford Air had been servicing our old furnace for several years and always did a great job. So when it came time to replace our old one and also install a new air conditioner, we again relied on Crawford Air to do the work for us. ********* decades of experience in this industry is the trustworthy knowledge we wanted and received! The removal of old and install of new, went smoothly and we couldn't be happier. All the team are professional and owners ******* and **** ensure courteous and prompt communication.       We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Crawford Air. Crawford Air was a pleasure to work with starting from the first phone call. Richard worked with us to recommend the proper size of unit for our home. Kyle and Rob arrived at the scheduled time to install our units. They were professional, courteous and spotless. Our old furnace had died unexpectantly and everyone at Crawford Air made the process of purchasing and installing a new furnace an easy and stress-free experience. We are very happy with our new units and would highly recommend Crawford Air.

      We had the pleasure of working with Crawford Air to replace an aging HVAC system with new equipment in late October 2014. Steve and Kyle installed equipment that was recommended by Richard ********. We were delighted with the quality of the work, the cleanliness, and the professionalism of Richard and Lisa, and their staff. The installation has exceeded all our expectations, and continues to run well. If HVAC issues ever arise at home, or at work, call Crawford Air; you won’t be disappointed.

      Crawford Air installed a new furnace, air conditioner and tankless water heater for us in November 2021. Richard Crawford installed a gas fireplace for us many years ago and he was very meticulous with the installation. This is why we called Crawford Air when we wanted to replace our 27 year old furnace. Richard came over and gave us a quote and explained what the job required. Richard presented us with options and recommendations which he felt best suited our needs. He did not try to up sell us.
      Kyle and Rob showed up as scheduled and installed our new **** furnace, air conditioner and ****** tankless water heater. They performed the same quality work that Richard had done many years ago. Kyle and Rob were very friendly and tidy in their work space while being respectful of our home (work boots off while traveling through our home). The new plenum and exhaust for the furnace are much neater than what was originally in place. Kyle instructed us on how the new furnace was different from the original and provided us tips on the usage of our new tankless water heater.
      Both Kyle and Richard followed up a week or two later via phone calls to see if we had any issues and were satisfied with the equipment performance and the work performed.
      If you are looking for quality work and a fair price, I would highly recommend Crawford Air!

      I was referred by a friend to call Crawford Air to have my furnace serviced. The Service Technician
      arrived on time, was friendly and polite.
      I was extremely happy with the service. Not only did he do a full maintenance on the furnace he gave me some helpful tips and did not try to upsell me.
      I would highly recommend this company as knowledgeable and honest and reliable.
