      Fast, honest service! Had an anti-siphon tap leak that I tried to fix myself. I called at 9am, plumber ****** was here at 10 am. Problem solved by 10:30! ****** was great. A perfect experience and would highly recommend

      Have used Donaldson confidently for many areas of home ownership-New furnace, heat pump, etcbut this time was for a small bathroom renovation. They replaced flooring, walls, shower stall, vanity and all accessories and finishes. It was done with caring and quality craftsmanship, communication and business etiquette. All items were cleaned up daily and their team of technicians and trades were able to complete in an efficient and professional manner with a result that we are more than happy withwill continue to recommend and use for future projects!

      On a very cold winter Friday afternoon, I received immediate response and extremely professional and knowledgeable response from Donaldson.Donaldson is now my HVAC go-to and I'll also be adding some recommendations for them in other local media sites like reddit.I can't say enough positive things about Donaldson and their service.Thank you!

      Furnace maintenance check. Technician arrived on time at 11am ( between 11am and 1pm). Polite, knowledgeable, took time to explain. Have used before. No problems. Will use again

      We recently had an AC and Furnace System installed by Donaldson, and overall, were very satisfied with the service. The team was professional, arrived on time, completed the installation in a day, and took the time to explain everything about the system afterward. They were also very clean, laying down protective sheets and leaving no mess behind.The only reason were not giving five stars is that we werent informed in advance that our Ecobee thermostat would need to be replaced with a less advanced one to work with the new system. While Im personally fine with the new thermostat, it was a bit of a disappointment.Overall, though, the system works great, and were happy with the installation.

      Excellent service in a timely manner very friendly service man told me in detail when I asked him about getting filters for our furnace recommding a box of 5 filters which I bought saving me $100 if I bought individually..Highly recommend Donaldson to service your furnace and air conditioner.*****************
