    I went here for recall repairs. I was told to bring the car in the morning, so that I can pick it up in the evening. Later that day, the technician called me to say that they'll need it for one more day. The next day, I did not receive a call. I called late afternoon and they said that they'll need another day because they don't have the parts (which should have been arranged when appointment was made the previous week).
    Day 3: I call in the late morning in order to arrange pickup of car (I work irregular hours), but the technician didn't pick up the phone. I left a message for him to call me back . I called again around noon. The person I talked to said the tech is on lunch, but that he would tell him to call me right away. I called 6 times that day and my tech would not return my calls. Later that day, while I was at work, he called to tell me my car is ready. I had to scramble within 3 minutes in order to make arrangements for a family member to pick up my car. When I finally got into my car, the bluetooth and voice control was no longer working. Manager refused to take responsibility and said they need to do diagnostic to determine if it was their fault (clear conflict of interest) and I would pay for the diagnostic and repair if they decided it wasn't. Directed me to Ford Canada when he knew they can't do anything
    I went to a different ford dealership for diagnostic. They identified the issue and said highbury ford made a mistake. I brought the receipt for this to highbury Ford. Manager tried to dodge responsibility, threatened to have me trespassed because I raised my voice slightly and he falsely alleged that I had threatened him, then again directed me to ford canada. Refused to pay because I should have gone to them despite them having a conflict of interest and having lied to me previously. In a previous conversation he said I could go to another Ford dealer for diagnostic and now he said "but I never said I would pay for it".
