    I took my 2012 **** Focus to MR **** at **************** and ************ in ****** to get the winter tires put on and have an oil change done. Just 50 km later my engine blew on Hwy 402.Pictures from CAA Roadside Assist shows just a small amount of old dark oil on the ground under the car. Appears there was no oil added.It cost me $3000 for a new engine and MR **** was unwilling to do anything about it. I would NOT recommend going there.

    Had an oil change at this 1185 Fanshawe Park London Ontario location. The Technician broke the screws of the engine splash shield so didn’t screw them back. They didn’t tell me what happened. I just notice when I went to work in the morning. I brought the car back to them and asked to fixed it but they said they can’t fixed it because the screws are broken and all they did was just put zip ties to hold the splash shield instead of replace the screws. I want my money back. They did really poor job and I don’t trust if they change my oil property. I want them to fix my splash shield permanently as I took my car to them in great condition. They just covering the issue by placing zip ties to hold temporary. I want a refund and repair for the damaged they caused to my car.
