    I purchased directly from your website a SE33 vacuum. Despite doing so STIHL is asking me to take it into my local shop for my brand new vacuum. Upon first use all the sand that I vacuumed up from my deck box blew through the bag and clogged up the brand new vacuum and filter. STIHL Canada has refused to respond to my messages here in ******.

    I purchased a Stihl se 33 direct from Stihl. This past weekend I went to use the stihl vacuum for the first time. I used it with the included bag. Despite doing so the sand which I vacuumed up entered both the filter and the canister. Despite buying it direct from Stihl they now expect me to run to an authorized dealer. They sold me the vacuum they need to fix this issue . The dealer even agrees after calling them and telling them what has occurred.
