    I hired this company to come help us with an tenant that isnt paying rent. We signed a contract back in Feb or Mar of this year 2022. They were suppose to serve N4 and also get paperwork going for the LTB and in Augest, this company emailed me and said they were not going to help us and right away they stopped all communications to us and we had to get a lawyer to issue them a letter for their documations. We found out that there was very little work done and nothing was submitted to the LTB. We are now into Sept and we have to start all over. Do not hire this company at all.

    Respectively, the reviewers comments are not entirely true, and unfortunately we were unable to assist them with the tenants they had put into their own rentals
