    I was out of the country for an extended period of time and needed to sell my Ontario rental property. Being in a completely different time zone made listing with an agent impossible (hard to coordinate viewings etc) but a friend suggested I look into a private sale. After speaking to a few different companies I decided to proceed with the Private Home Buyers. ****** was easy to deal with, straight forward, and accommodating of the time difference. She got the whole thing done in a few weeks and saved me a ton of time and stress. Definitely recommend checking them out as an option if you're selling a property.

    I just sold my house to ****** and The Private Home Buyers. I haven't sold a property in 20+ years so it was a new experience for me. They made it easy and I was able to leave behind furniture and other items that didn't fit into my new condo. I would highly recommend reaching out to them and seeing if they can help you.
