    Unjustified Ban and Blocked Access to Account and Support Complaint Description:I am filing a complaint against Digital Extremes regarding my Warframe account. My account was recently banned without clear explanation, and since then, I have been unable to access the game, submit a support ticket, or receive any communication from the support team. This situation has effectively locked me out of an account *** invested significant time and money into.I understand that Digital Extremes reserves the right to enforce its Terms of Service, but I believe the action taken against my account was either in error or unjustified. Moreover, denying access to the support portal entirely prevents me from appealing the decision, understanding the reason for the ban, or resolving the issue in any fair or transparent way.I am seeking:A clear explanation of why my account was banned.The ability to access support in order to properly dispute or resolve the issue.Restoration of my account if the ban was issued in error or without proper *********** requesting that Digital Extremes reestablish a line of communication so this matter can be fairly reviewed.

    D.O.T-8/17/2023 Amount paid-****** I bought this product under the assumption (it's advertised as so) that I was buying an MMO-style RPG game with the purchased pack being extras for said game. It is no longer the game I purchased, and I did not receive the product I paid for and would like a refund.I contacted **** and was directed toward the publisher Digital Extremes Ltd.

    Over the last 3+ years, as a video game with microtransactions, I have spent at least $500 if not $1000+ on this company's game: WARFRAME. The dispute is that I was banned with no explanation from being able to use the product, and already 32 hours have gone by with no return contact or resolution.

    Digital extremes banned me from their game named ******** refusing to provide clarification or cooperation in proving my innocence so I would like a refund on the products that I have purchased and no longer have access to

    I created a warframe account some time ago while I was stationed in south korea with my detachment of the US Army. A few days ago, I'm unable to access my account, it says my account is suspended for breaking terms of service. I inquire about this through customer service, and I am immediately met with a customer service rep accusing me of this activity in a harsh tone and claiming that I won't be able to appeal further. What court of law would hold that up? If I had more money, I would definitely pursue legal action. This type of behavior to represent a company is abhorrent.

    I guess soldiers returning from korea deserve to get banned and lose a year of progress.

    Hello, ive nearly begged support to help me about a serious issue i had with the game, yet most people ignored it or told me some ** answer, i just wanted to talk to a human being who can hear me out and possibly help with my issue, if the support team changes i will change my review. thanks
