    The Warframe team permanently banned my account based on me using (FRAPS) a program used to check my frames per second!!! They continued to state that its an unauthorized program bs bs. I spent years of my life playing this game and took a long break to come back and be perma banned this is a disgrace and a disgusting company and should be ashamed to treat their community like this. Ive been playing since almost beta

    They took down a game called Wayfinder that i spent over $150 on without refunding me. They are not trustworthy and I wouldn't be surprised if a class action lawsuit happens in the future since they charged so much from me and other players.

    This company deducted the game currency on my account on the grounds of my RMT, because the account balance was negative, the game customer service told me that I could unblock my account by recharging positively, so I purchased the relevant *** on Steam and used the game currency in the *** to offset the negative amount. After I made a purchase, the customer service asked me to submit the relevant bill and purchase history, and my account was permanently banned.

    Whenever a new update drop there are tons of bug. For example when Duviri came out they had a free roaming endless mode. I spend a 4 hour session collecting resources and intrinsic, only for their bugging game to not spawn enemies in the last gate making me lose 5 hours of farming. I report this to the customer service and they basic tell me they cant do nothing as i have no proof. when I took multiple screen shots of me just standing there waiting 15 minute apart with no enemies spawning. I was soft locked so I had to close the game. I lost 5 hours of progress and support made claims that they could help me get back 1 item out of all my item (this alone is messed up why not refund all item instead of only one???). I guess the support team got tired so they just said no we can't refund anything, and closed the ticket. Wasted my time over multiple days just to say no at the end. Wow! I was shocked, its not that had to help people online. Never buying platinum again good job support team.

    The Warframe moderation team permanently banned my account based on false complaints. To make matters worse, I made a real-world purchase literally one minute before the account was banned. I requested refund and they refused. For those reasons, I can't recommend anyone establishing an account on this platform, since it can be stripped away at a whim and without transparency.

    This company has gone downhill over the decade or so I've known about them from Warframe. They refused to help with a MAJOR game roadblock, and I'm a paying customer of nearly a decade (would always give them 60 or so per year, if not more, to support).
    After this significantly bad experience, I will not be returning to this game after they've wasted hours of my time in the ticket and in-game. Over 20 hours for one quest, that was supposed to be "4 hours" - Not very good game design.

    Hello,
    I have always been a strong supporter or DE, Warframe, but recently I needed some help from the support team, I will not lie they helped me with a different issue and the person was wonderful and cooperative but the second time when i asked for help on a different matter the person was rude, unprofessional, automatically closed my request with no explanation after supporting the company for so long i felt betrayed i filed the request again and again but nobody helped me they wouldnt even hear me out, please warframe change your support team.
