      The good news is that my delivery (a pack of 25 Rapid Response COVID-19 Antigen Tests), ordered on September 25, arrived in good time today. No complaints here--all in perfect order!
      My only beef with the company is that the tracking system on their own website is days behind. Even today (September 27), as my package is already with me, it can't even find my order number in it. The latest trackable order number right now reflects order made on September 22. Given that I didn't know Fronter Dental before this didn't exactly instill confidence in me, making me even wonder (I'm sorry to say this) if they are legit.
      Now I prefer a perfect service over a perfect website, so I will use them again and can commend them for their swift service and competitive pricing--but I would encourage the company to look if they can improve their online order tracking system.

You are correct for stating that our tracking information page was not working during the period you stated. We had just launched our brand new website and there were some bugs that needed to be fixed. We have since implemented a change to our tracking page and this issue should not happen again.
