      Enercare has been charging for a water heater that we returned on November 7th , 2019 to date. Once we found out in September 2024 , we requested for a refund. They promised to resolve it , however still continued to bill me , no refunds to date , and I get a ********* collection's call every other day to pay for the water heater rental that we do not have from Enercare.
      They owe me over $1500 but no refunds yet.

      *** **** ** **** *** **** *** ********* ******** company with absolutely no customer service agents that speak English on any decent level, not capable of understanding me, and I speak perfect English. 1 and 1/2 hours on the line, getting transferred, absolutely nothing resolved! This company needs to do Better! ??????

      What is the point of this free furnace check up offer that it ONLY applies if the furnace is broken. If it's broken, I'd want it fixed or replaced. I don't understand.

      * ***** ** THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, ** ** ** *****. I cancelled their water heater rental in JULY 2024 and it's not November 2024 and they are still calling me to collect $38 charge, for August rental, that they told me over phone, they would be removing. And yes you are correct, we should not have charged you. They also told me they put a 'hold' on the collections end, so they would no longer call me. YET, they call me EVERY DAY still and I am still waiting for them to remove this incorrect charge. * ** ********** ********* **** ***** ************* Have never seen anything like this *** **** *****

      This company **** ****** *** **** *** ** **** *** ******* 5 or more phone calls A DAY. I currently owe them 29 ******* dollars and they WONT stop calling me. Ive owed them $10 and got AT LEAST 7 CALLS A DAY FOR DAYS
      THEY ARE CONSTANTLY ********** ME OVER SUCH LITTLE MONEY. I would understand if I owed hundreds of dollars but not even $30 OR $10!! This happens constantly. **** ******* ******* ** ********* *** ****** I've never in my life had a company call me AT LEAST 5x a day EVERY DAY for owing them less than $30.and then they act surprised when I get mad at them. Their system obviously shows how many times they have called AND EVEN AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEM ABOUT IT, THEY CONTINUE TO CALL AND CALL AND XALL **** ** ***** ********* ***** **** ******* ** *** ***** ***

      Enercare ******** my privacy and charged me a cancellation fee of $236. I did not cancel my heating and cooling plan and in fact, continue to pay for these plans. Despite numerous call and case numbers, they have yet to respond.

      I purchased an enercare furnace protection plan Feb 15/24 effective Feb 25/24 for $28.24/ mo and 6 months free to begin with.
      Starting back in July I have had billing issues that are not being resolved.
      My profile is somehow combined with someone else who lives at an address in Bradford. I have no connection to that property. 'My account' online shows me the bill for that address instead of my own account
      No representative or escalation has been able to accurately update my account to be the monthly plan for the correct address
      My account is also not being billed correctly It shows an outstanding balance and I am very upset it says I am in collections. Every rep tells me not to worry but nothing has changed as I received another bill today for $141
      My contract is for 28.24/mo
      I want to ensure that as this is resolved I have zero mark on my credit bureau for these issues. I should be able to have a bill for my monthly charge of 28.24/ and only my address should be linked.
      I have been given many ref # for escalations this far.

      Dealing with customer service for billing was a nightmare. The people were polite and completely ineffective. I left the rental property , gave them over 6 weeks notice, and they are still billing me despite leaving the property 6 weeks ago. The "solution" is to pay the bill and they can sort it out, otherwise it could ding your credit score.
      So far, 6 calls and 0 progress.

      * ***** **** **** ***** ** ****** We starting renting from them in 2012 I believe. Each month our bill was paid. Then we receive some notification that they have made an error in our billing and it went from maybe $100 to $1000.00. We have been paying them $50 a week for I don't know how long and $200 once a month. Our bill is currently sitting at over $5,000. ** ******* *** * **** **** at this point in time we should have the option to buyout or cancel. So I called to get a statement of our account. Was told that it was impossible for them to send me something like that. I tried to access our bills online only to get an error message that there is a problem. So they sent me every bill since 2012. All while keeping me on hold for over 30 minutes and only to get the emailed bills and they won't open due to an error. I have looked online and found several phone numbers to contact them but they all go to the same call centre. I ask to speak to a Supervisor and am told that they could help, which they can't. I was then transferred about 4 or 5 times and still nothing has been resolved. I am not by any means disputing that we owe them some of that money but to continue to charge us each month and then threaten with Collections is just not right. **** ****** **** ***** ** ** ** *** **** ********* ***** ******* *** ***** *****

      For over 20 years I've been renting a furnace and water heater from Enercare as well as paying maintenance fees of $30 a month. As soon as the condenser for the furnace was damage I was told I needed a new furnace instead of replacing the condenser. "What's the use of paying into a maintenance that cannot be honored by Enercare. I ended up buying a brand new furnace (Aug 8, 2023) and Water Heater from Enercare. During the process I was told by the salesperson that the rental maintenance agreement will be terminated. This was a farce and Enercare continues to charge me $39 a month for services not needed. After all these are brand new equipment. As of today the bill is $84.05 and mounting. I refused to pay this amount, also Enercare does not wish to cancel my so called agreement that was never signed. There is no contract that was agreed upon or signed, *** *** ********** **** *** ****** **** ***** ******** **********. I contacted Enercare numerous times, only to get transferred from one customer service to another and put on hold for hours on end. My next step is to contact the Ministry of Public Service and Delivery.
