    I’m writing this extremely frustrated and deeply disappointed. I placed an order with SHEIN, and according to tracking, it was delivered — but the item was STOLEN from my front door. I never received it. I have reached out for help, but all I’ve gotten is a refusal to refund or assist me in any meaningful way.

    I hope you will reconsider and take responsibility. I would rather resolve this calmly and directly, but I will not stop following up until this is resolved.

    I ordered clothing. There was issues with the delivery: It was delivered to the wrong unit at the address, despite UNIT clearly described (*** ***** *** *** **** ****** ** *** ***** ** *** ***** ***). They claimed the delivery was marked as “signed” but no one had signed it *** ** *** ***** ** *** ******** * ********.
    I contacted them and have been going back for days, followed the steps they suggested including asking other tenants and searching the area. It was nowhere to be found within 2 hours of delivery.
    They asked me for evidence, I sent them the delivery images I had received which clearly showed it was just left out on the front step of the OTHER UNIT AND DEMONSTRATED THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN SIGNED FOR!
    They then asked me to contact the delivery company for a letter to confirm there was a delivery issue, I got that letter confirming there was an issue with delivery and sent it to them. And they still denied my claim after providing them with all the evidence. At this stage I just want my money refunded!

    On Sept 9/24 I returned 2 pairs of children s shorts to Shein ******** ****** ****** I have the receipt and tracking number. *** ******** ****** ** ****** *****. Shein states they got a package with no items in it and so they won't refund my money and state that I have to reach out to ****** **** (which I have 3 times). The 3rd time I spoke to the supervisor and the service ticket is #*********. ****** **** states that because Shein paid for the shipping label they are considered the shipper and receiver so it is their responsibility to put in a claim. I've explained this to Shein by email a few times and they refuse to listen.     I ordered 2 dresses from SHEIN on Sep 10 2024. I ordered 2 sizes of the same dress to see which size would fit better. I tried on 1 dress which didn't fit me (but also smelled horribly like fish), so I returned both dresses back to the company on Sep 18 2024, and it was received by them on Sep 20, 2024. One dress was opened that I tried on, the other was unopened. Both dresses were returned in unused, perfect condition in the original packaging, with original tags. That same day, I got an email stating "We have completed the inspection of the item you returned for Order #: ***************. Regrettably, we must inform you that the item did not meet the return criteria outlined in our Return Policy. Consequently, we are unable to proceed with issuing a refund for this return." I immediately reached out to customer service to see why they are stating that it did not meet the return policy. Every agent I spoke to repeatedly since Sep 22nd has refused to tell me why it didn't meet the return policy, especially seeing as one of the dresses wasn't opened at all. One agent stopped replying to me and closed the service ticket request. The other agents continue to state that the dresses did not meet the return criteria but will not tell me why every time I ask. One agent stated: "we are unfortunately unable to provide specific information regarding the results of the inspection as this is handled by our warehouse team." They have received the dresses and *** ******** ** ***** *** not refunding me the $120.84 that I paid for them. I informed them that this is a warehouse mistake and that the dresses were returned in perfect condition. They will not budge and continue to send me the same robotic responses that the dresses did not meet the return criteria.
