      Power Pack Paving replaced my driveway in early June. After the work was done, my back yad gate no longer closes properly. As well, they removed brick work at the side of the driveway which was nor agreed to when the job was contracted. I contacted the company and spoke to the crew foreman, outlining the problems. After telling me that it was my own fault, he hung up on me, but not before I said that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. He did call back and promised to come to the house within a few days to discuss the problem. That was at the end of June. Despite numerous phone calls to the office, outlining the problems each time and repeated promises that the foreman would contact me, I have heard nothing. It is now August 16. I would appreciate any help you could offer to arrive at some resolution to this problem.
