    I ordered a meal for one from the restaurant and the rice was very burnt, which I could get past, but then I took a bite of my rice and there was a black hair in my food that I proceeded to puke out. I take it back to them and they accused me of planting the hair, refused to make me a new meal unless I show them the hair that I puked out. And then they tell me that I'm banned from their restaurant because I'm the only person that has ever complained about a hair. This place needs a severe investigation done on them, this is illegal and unfair not to mention also extremely unsanitary.

    I'm one of the daughters of the owner of this restaurant and I actually reside in ******. I could visit the bureau in person if necessary. I have been given details about the situation and after reading the "complaint" that the customer wrote, I can say that it is complete nonsense and that I will NOT be writing an apology letter, I am NOT sorry and my family isn't sorry! The customer should be apologizing if anything, she a grown woman was yelling at a child (my sister who is under the age of 18). I want to ask the manager or whoever is managing this case to read the complaint again and ask yourself - did a grown lady really write this? Is a grown lady living in ******* really contacting a company IN ****** to come and investigate a small business? My family owned this business for over a decade and have never received a complaint like this, we strive to ensure that our service is to customer standards. First and foremost, the customer that sent this complaint claims that they didn't get another meal when they did. Secondly, we have the right to ban whomever we want from our restaurant and she was creating ruckus so why come again if the service doesn't meet her standards? We don't want her here either and clearly she doesn't like it here so why come back? Obviously like any other refund, normally you would bring back the item in question so that you can PROVE or SHOW the seller that something didn't meet your standards. Without proof, anyone can come in and say anything they want, I could go to another restaurant and complain that there was dog p*** in my food, obviously lying, in hopes for a refund. This is common sense, this is common knowledge. Thank you for your time.

    I am rejecting this response because: it is completely bull-crap, they spend a third of the response claiming that I am a child, which is a lie. They mention that they don't even live anywhere near ******* so they can't confirm what standards are being practiced here. They have no right to ban me from their restaurant just because they won't admit their mistakes and two complaints were made that day one of which was capable of proof and presented. I support family owned businesses and happily hope for their success but success does not mean banning customers, refusing to admit mistakes, allowing standards to drop and everything else along that line. My fianc has been non-contact aggressively 'escorted' out of the restaurant and screamed at him to leave and never come back. We have also only complained once and are now banned from ordering from them because we are the only people to complain. It's a statistical fact that most customers won't complain to a restaurant, I told them this and that's when they banned me. I am extremely mad about this and refuse to accept anything less than a full investigation done on this business, I might have been willing to accept less if it weren't for the state of the response that I recieved. I will not be insulted and I will not tolerate rudeness for no reason, if you can't take a complaint don't get into any kind of business. This is a ridiculous excuse for an answer, insulting and ignorant. If something is not done about this I will take legal action.
