    When we contacted the dealership, we explained that the buyer has mobility issues, and would be unable to make the walk into the building. Our sales person, Ben, advised that he would be outside when we arrived. Upon arrival, Ben was nowhere to be found, so we called in, and a secretary ***** ****** told us well most people just come inside. Finally she sent Ben out to greet us, and there was a purchase made. After the purchase, we called Ben to also request mats for the vehicle, and to add them to the bill we were paying upon delivery of the vehicle. He added the mats, but told us afterwards that they wouldn't arrive until that Friday. Two weeks later, we had still not received the mats, despite having paid for them in full. We reached out again, and Ben said he would check with another team and call us back. We have received no call back regarding the mats, and still have not received them. On the bill for the vehicle, we were also charged $163 for the initial fill of the gas tank. Since then, we have filled the vehicle and found it only costs around $90 to fill. This overcharge, ** ******** ** *** ***** ** ** ********* **** ****** They are only interested in making the sale, they do not give a hoot if you are a satisfied customer after the fact. We were interested in purchasing a second vehicle, but will under NO circumstances be returning to this dealership, **** *** ***** *** ******* *** **** ********* ** *********** *** *** *********
