    I Forgot my duty free bag on the plane I realize 15 min after I tell them the location exactly and was my cup forgot on the seat
    My duty-free bag was 300Euro they denied ************ ** ******* **** **** **************

    I booked a ticket from Lot Polish Airlines from Toronto to Warsaw and back in August 2023. On the way back to Toronto, my flight was delayed 4 hrs 10 minutes. I wrote a complaint to Lot Polish airlines, through their website / complaints, asking for a $ compensation for the inconvenience that it caused me - plane suppose to land at 20:35pm but landed around midnite. The senior specialist answered that my flight was not even 3 hours late and I am not eligible for a compensation. So I wrote back stating that the senior specialist made a mistake, send again the proof that my flight was indeed late longer than 3 hours, and the same person answered a while later that after checking (she should have done this the first time) yes the flight indeed was delayed longer but the plane arrived shorter than the delay anticipated - I couldn't believe this answer, what a lack of professionalism from Lot airlines and taking responsibility of making a huge inconvenience in a passenger life!!! This is very unaceptable to hear from Lot airlines. I will not leave this alone and I will take it further until I get my compensation, beyond Lot airlines, as clearly Lot does not take any responsibility for this delay!!!
