    I sent my car to YST Detailing in Toronto Mississauga for colour wrap, and they did an insanely terrible and ************** job. I wasn't satisfied so I asked them for a solution, and their answer was to return all the fees and a full roll of wrap and rip the wrap off. They asked me to sign an agreement that they are not responsible for the car after I signed the agreement. In fact, that agreement is not reasonable at all. **** ** * ********* *** ********** ** ********* *** ** *** **********. I checked my car and signed the agreement, but when I send my car to another shop to rewrap, they found the following problems made by YST detailing.

    - Three rubber strips on the top roof and front windshield were cut due to ************** work and that cost more than $200 for me to repair the top roof strips and over $1000 to repair the front windshield.

    - There was glue left everywhere in the gaps between the parts. They did not remove all the glue as they promised in the agreement when they ripped the wrap off.

    - My keyless entry stopped working after their terrible work. When the new shop checked the door handles and door panel, they found that YST messed up the bolts and lost many screws. They also didn't connect the wire because they dropped one side in the door panel by mistake and they were too lazy to open the door panel to fix it.

    The upper two problems (cleaning up the glue and repairing door handles) costs me $300 for the new shop to do the cleaning and repair. YST did return all the money for wrapping, but they refused to admit and compensate for the mistakes and damages they made to my car.

    Since the customer is not satisfied with the work. A full refund has been processed to the customer’s bank account as per his request. We removed the old wrap films from the car and tried to remove as much glue as possible. When he came in, we asked him to check everything before he takes the car away. He checked and agreed to end this case. So we provided him with our dispute resolution agreement. We kindly explained all the details, he read and signed the agreement. After around a week, he came back and said he went to another shop, and the other shop found there was some damage to the car. We were trying to explain to this customer that they were not damaged by us, and we don't take car parts off during wrapping. Also, because the car experienced an accident and was repainted before it came to wrap, it might caused by that. The customer was not satisfied with our answer. The customer has done several posts on his social media, leave us ****** reviews, leave negative commons on our media pages. Therefore, as the refund has been applied, and the dispute settlement agreement has been signed by both parties, we will no longer reply to this case.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, of course I'm not satisfied with the response since they are still not admitting their mistakes, but since I have found the right shop and the other shop takes much care of my car, I don't want to stay in this mess anymore. I gotta move on since YST won't admit anyways in the future. I have made one mistake which is signing the dispute settlement agreement. They offered a solution that looked good to me but their goal was to hide the other addtional damages to my car and make the dispute settlement agreement as their excuse. ********* **** **** ** **** *** I decided not to persue YST anymore.
