      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund for the inconvenience I experienced during my recent car rental at your Orlando International Airport (MCO) location. My reservation number was ***********.
      On May 30, 2023, I arrived at your location at approximately 11:00 p.m. after my flight landed at 7:00 p.m. Despite making my reservation over two weeks in advance, after so many calls, I had to wait several hours for a shuttle to pick me up from the airport.
      Upon arriving at your facility, the associate at the counter requested a $500 deposit on a credit card. I presented my debit card, but she informed me that debit cards were not accepted. I showed her your website, which clearly states that you accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash, including ****, **********, ********, and ******** *******. However, she insisted that only credit cards were acceptable.
      I requested to speak with her supervisor, who eventually arrived and informed me that he could assist me only if I purchased additional insurance for $229. Furthermore, he stated that the **** ******** I had reserved was unavailable because I was using a debit card, and I would be provided with a smaller compact car instead (**** ******).
      Given the circumstances and the lateness of the hour, I reluctantly accepted these conditions as I had no other viable options (it was well past midnight). However, I believe this situation constitutes a ********** ****, as there was no mention of these additional requirements on your website. I try to contact the business but no results

      Worest customer service. Reps are **** and fail to answer basic questions. They may need extensive training on how to behave with customers politely. I had a very bad experience on 06/11/24 at chicago airport car rental. When I asked for airport shuttle times the rep at counter was very **** and not answering. Also unlike any other rental companies routers is charging exuberant deposit charges and theaten of not returning to deposit. I do not recommend this company ever *** ***** ** *** *** **** **** **** ******

      **** ******** *** ****** ****** ***** *** **** *** **** ******* **** **** ***** ** **** **** **** *****************. Dont get attracted by their cheap rates. They literally force you to buy added insurance which will increase your cost. Also, they deny to give you the car at the day for your booking. Customer service is pathetic. I was in touch with one of their representative Vivek T. who doesn't reply to emails. Then through ******** i found one of their head Vicky B. who also ignores your ******** messages. I am currently trying to chase them to get my money refund, it has been a very long time and they dont care at all

      Service was mediocre and pretty confusing. Not located at the airport or airport rental cars. Directions were not marked at all.
      Then you finally arrive and there’s all these hidden fees and taxes they never mentioned online or on the phone.

      Not worth the few dollars saved. Not at the airport, had to wait 20 minutes for a shuttle, had to wait 30 minutes at check in, had to wait 30 minutes at Drop off!!! Charge extra for out of province, limit local licenses to 200 km a day. People were nice but it doesnt make up for it. Ill spend the extra $50 next time.

      ***** customers re mileage. Invoice and web say Unlimited Mileage but are the counter we have to accept 200k daily limits and othe costs zNOT SHOWN on the invoice. *** ***** * *** **** **** ********* ** ***** ********

      ****** *** **** ***** We booked through 3rd party company (***************) and the booking process was flawless. But experience at the 'Routes YYC (*******) airport' was horrible. We didn't get the car we booked, it wasn't an upgrade, and it was extremely dirty inside.But the biggest disappointment was the extra charge for going 'out of province'. NOBODY explained this to us upon signing the contract. And you have to sign the contract electronically on your phone screen, they do not even print it. It looks like a complete scam, because those charges basically doubled our initial booking cost. They charged $30+ tax extra for EACH day, even though we went our of province just twice. And it's easy to do, because some trails go back and forth between Alberta and BritishColumbia, but we didn't even bother tracking it because NOBODY explained these **** charges to us.All our attempts to resolve this issues went nowhere, numerous call, emails, so writing this in order to warn everyone. Please BEWARE *** **** **** ** ***** ******** ***********

      Routes Car Rental USA is the most dishonest player in the rental car field. If you rent from them you can expect to pay more than you expected, be charged for charges you did not incur, and all around be fleeced by them if you allow it. If car rental companies have an ethics committee that they have inspections from Routes Car Rental would not be in business. I rented a car in February and just got a charge for $62.58 on my card from Routes Car Rental USA today, May 29, 2024. Watch your credit card for months if you rented a car from them. They are thieves.

      Do not rent here for any reason.Crooked.Rip off.Reserved and paid in advance for a 7 seat Dodge Durango.Called on pickup day to confirm and to inform we would be a little late. Told "we hold all prepaid reservations till 11.30pm".Arrived at the airport and had to call 3 times and wait 30 min for pickup.There were 3 small groups on the shuttle. We were the second to get served and it took almost 3hrs between calling and leaving.They then served someone from the next shuttle prior to the Asian family who would have been after us. The mom complained and was told "we can take you back to the airport if you'd like".Everyone please flag all their fake 5 star reviews on ******* Help stop others getting ripped off by these crooks.

      The worst experience I've had with a car rental in my life by far. When I arrived to pick up the rental, one of the tires were flat. They pumped the tired quickly and gave me the car. It turns out that the tire had a slow leak. I tried calling every extension that they had on the phone and they were all down upon returning the car, the attendant confirmed that the business was "new and they're still working out the phone service." I had to come out of pocket to pump the tire with air 4 times before I could get a mechanic to work on the tire. He repaired the hole and I paid. After providing Routes with all the documentation and asking for my money back for the costs I incurred maintaining their vehicle, they said that it was my responsibility and that I should've called during my rental to complain if I had an issue (again, the phone service was down so this wasn't an option). ********* and the credit card company weren't able to help because it was my word against theirs. I've never been so disappointed with a rental. No only did the attendant assure me that they'd get the money back to me when I returned the car, but they also gave me no other option (their phone service was down and they didn't have a spare tire in the vehicle). I'll never go back to this place again *** *** *** ****** ***** ** *** ******
