    It is horrible ******* *** custom service.
    We booked MSC cruise on March 5, 2024 and paid the full amount of money to MSC Canada agency for taking cruise from Barcelona to Venice on April 2, 2024. However, due to MSC cruise staff’s irresponsibility, two people don’t have validated passports and the cruise could not leave Barcelona for 3 days. All people were stuck on the cruise and could not leave. MSC company just cancelled the journey in the sea and heading to Venice.
    We flied to Spain and used all our vacation and booked a lot of places. However, we cannot make it all. MSC cruise just screwed up our vacation. *** ********** **** ********** **** *****. The staff said they will do compensation after we contacted our agency. After we came back from the cruise, the agency in MSC Canada agreed the cancellation and asked us to fill out the form to give refund. However, it has 9 months passed. We did not have any refund or compensation yet.
    I have tried to make many calls and sent email to both postcruisesupport and MSC Canada head office. NO response! no solution!

    Worst service 10 min waits minimum for a drink, horrible options for ** ppl. Stinky in the halls and showers. *** *** *******
