      Thought this company was associated with *** and said that they were working with them if not associated with them. They had a contractor come out saying that once they check my *** bill (this is how they get your account numbers for *** and etc) so they can see the “tier” level and depending on the tier, they would charge you whatever amount for “clean energy.” They asked you to initial implying that everything is all good to go but what you initial is a contract for 5 years. You have I believe 5 days or 3 days to cancel the contract without any cancellation fee. Please ask who they are and what your signing before signing any documents.
      A hack to get through their system is to WAIT AND NOT INPUT YOUR ZIP CODE. Once you wait, there are MORE options. So don’t type your zip code out. After you wait there are 5 options available.
      1. Forgot what it was
      2. Billing
      3. Renew agreement
      4. Payment
      5. Change in agreement.
      Anyone of these can get you to speak to someone. Or you can even wait it out and someone would be able to speak with you. I hope this review helps ** * *** * ****** ** **** ***** **** *************

      This company don't care about clean energy. ******************* Gentleman came in my house talking ONLY about stopping a rate increase regarding my gas bill. A couple of weeks later I got notice from ****************, who I already had, saying Statewise was trying to make a change to my account which have not authorize. I am a student but I'm not stupid. Then I got a bill from Statewise for early cancelation fee of $240 which doesnt mention edduring that time. I hate that they did this to me because I can not really afford to pay this amount of money for canceling something that I did not agree to. I only agreed to a electricity discount. I am going to file a complaint any where I can, ie., small claims court, BBB, etc.

      I've been trying to contact them for 2 weeks always tells me they are closed. Our bill went from 4.1 to 23.9. 167.00 a month to 527.00 & we didn't even have electricity for 25 hours the month before that was 525.00. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS

      In November 2017 a representative came to my house and stated they could reduce my *** *** ******** Gas bill at a lower rate. The contract ran for 3 years and was to be renewed in November of 2020. I did not answer them to renew. They stated since I did not call and opt out, that they set my rate at the highest variable rate. My *** bill for June 2022 was 662.54. I used 2259 kWh and July 2022 my bill was 588.50 and used 1866 kWh. I only have a house with power and my neighbor uses *** only and she use more kWh than me and had a bill less than 288.00 per month than me. I called StateWise for help and they stated that they could rewrite my contract at a cheaper rate of 108.00 per month flat rate and a 6.98 monthly customer charge. The ******** Gas rate is 103.80 Ccf fixed price 6.98 customer charge. If any cancelation it is 7.50 plus taxes per commodity per month that is remaining on the agreement. They stated the new contract would not start fora couple of cycles. They did not offer any help for these outrageous bills. * ** * ****** ******* *** ** * ***** ******. How could they do this especially during Covid..
