    **** ******* ******** ** ** ******* ******** They hire *********** *** uneducated staff. I received 4 merchant card statements for the month of July and August for 2 merchant ID accounts for a business that I do not own. In addition, they were using my real name but my parent’s address. I contacted this ******* company whose staff are ******* *** uneducated. They did not know what to do. * **** **** **** ** ***** *** ******** *****. They totally did not understand. **** *** ******** *****  They said they will relay the message to the ***** dept who will contact me within 48 hours. Lo and behold, no one contacted me. I called 5 times and one transferred me to the fraud dept but of course, the number they transferred me to does not exist. I called 5 minutes after and I finally got someone who seems to understand what fraud means. She checked the 2 merchant accounts and these 2 accounts were closed in 2013. I told her these two accounts do not belong to me and also, I asked her why are statements being sent if the accounts are closed. This explains to me that the company does not verify identity and ensure this company belongs to the correct person and address. They do not do their due diligence. **** ******* ** * **** *** ****** ** **** **** ****************
