      Paying montly $275.28 and increasing every year 3.5% we never signed the the term conditions. The date of buying is March 5 2022. We never signed anything specifically to this % increase. My husband is 78 and Iam 77 years old. They trick us with this buying.300

      We opted to pay the $13000.00 and cancel our contract. I have all the documentation. Now this case is closed. Thanks for your help

      I've paid them around $2600 so far and required to keep paying them $72.61/month for a Hepa filter till March/2031 (10 years instead of 3 years ) according to a FORGED contract#******** that I've never seen nor signed and they don't want to take any responsibility nor action to resolve the problem and eventually asking me to have my lawyer to contact them!!!

      our customer’s opinions, and we strive to deliver great customer service at every

      We would
      like to inform you that Canadian Home Improvement Credit Corporation “CHICC” is
      solely a finance company that does not engage in door-to-door sales,
      manufacture, warehouse, service, or merchandise any heating and cooling
      equipment by any measure. 

      CHICC
      do not directly enter into agreements with customers but rather CHICC
      purchases such agreements from parties engaged in the rental or leasing
      agreements of home service equipment.

      It is CHICC
      practice to carry out administrative duties in respect of the Agreements for
      billing and finance purposes. In addition, please note that CHICC does not service,
      install or remove home services equipment, nor does it supervise, direct, or
      control any such installation or removal.   

      On March 27,
      2021, you entered into a contract with ******* ***** ******* (***) for a Hepa Air
      Filtration System. On March 28, 2021, you executed the Delivery and Acceptance
      Certificate, such document confirms the installation of the equipment at your property by ***. Subsequently, *** submitted
      the contract to CHICC for funding. CHICC
      acquired full rights on the contract, including the right to bill you and to
      register a Notice of Security Interest against the property's title. The agent
      provided you with full disclosure/ copy of all related documents for your
      records.

      Contrary to your statement, this contract is for 120 months (10 year)
      and not for 3 years as you are claiming. There are no written notes on the
      contract to support your allegations. Furthermore, the contract states the
      following:

      By signing below, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to
      the terms and conditions of the agreement including those on the reverse and
      you acknowledge receipt a copy. You agree that there are no other verbal or
      written communication which modify the terms of this agreement in any manner.

      You received a copy of the contract at the time of the execution of the
      same. On January 3, 2024, we provided you with a replacement copy for your
      reference and records.

      Please note that you did not cancel this agreement within the 10 days
      cooling-off period or within a year after the execution of the same. There are
      no complaints, disputes, or any previous communication with you regarding this
      contract.

      We can confirm that we have a valid and enforceable contract. Per our
      records, we provided you with the buyout amount. Please respond to our office to
      confirm your decision. If we do not receive a response from you, we will
      continue billing you monthly as initially agreed.

      You informed us that you have retained legal representation. Please ask
      your Lawyer or Paralegal to contract us as soon as possible to discuss and
      resolve this matter.

      This was cancelled now I went to remortgage and fined out I owe more than 6 thousand dollars
      I want my money back.
      They scammed me
      They took more payments out of my account

      2600 Skymark ave building ** ***** *** *********** *** I never knew I owed this money.
      They tried selling me more products. They are scammers
      I had to pay 6,380.94 today April 26/23 to renew my mortgage.
      Moe told me don’t worry about anything for your troubles.

      Interest discharged. Therefore, CHICC does not have any present or further
      interest on this matter.
