I ordered 9 bottle of Almond milk. The entire box arrived rancid as many bottles had leaked.
The box was overweight, had no padding and no labels of being fragile or heavy.
Despite sending a photo of proof of milk leaking all over the bags/box they wanted more pictures of each bottle. I was no interested in putting my hand into a bag that smelt revolting to pull every bottle out and i discarded of the entire soaked box by the time they asked for more photo proof after a week.
Company will not reimburse me for the 9 bottles for following reasons:
-by request was after 48 hours of delivery (it was 72 hours)
    - they cannot guarantee 9 bottles in a box, max 6 (so then why not follow your own policy and ship separately?)
-they require more photo proof (even though its clear their is milk all over the bag and an bottles with exploded tops). they can only "see" from the photo that one bottle top is broken.
    this is horrible customer service especially given this was due to their horrendous * *********** packing job. * ** *** **** ** **** ***** ***** ***** ******** **** **** ******* ******* ** * ****** *** **** ** ****** *****

Hi *******, thank you for your feedback! The photo you provided depicted a slightly open box showing tips of the a few cartons inside. We were unable to determine damages based on that photo. No leakage was shown inside or outside of the box. You refused to provide pictures of the damaged products in support of the claim or return them using the prepaid return label. As per our policy, we are unable to offer a full refund in this case. You have been given a refund for one damaged carton based on the photo and a courtesy credit. We are sorry that we could not help more with this. Best regards!

Natura Market notified me that they are refusing to serve my household ever again since I wouldn’t change my online review about them sending me old stock that was one week and two weeks out from the expiration dates. I have continued to give business to Natura Market in hopes that service would improve. I made an order the other day, and then received an email from customer service asking me to change my online review. I told them that I would be happy to consider doing so in the future if my experience improved in the future, and in the meantime I will still give them a chance to do better and keep being a loyal customer. Customer service emailed me back to notify me that they will not accept my business any longer, or the business of anyone in my household ever again. **** ***** ** ****** *** * ******** **** ****** * ***** ****** *** ********** ** **** ********. That is quite abrupt, and not very good business sense, considering I have been a loyal customer sine June 2020 spending a grand total of $3,261.34 at Natura Market. After all this, I still decided to give them another chance and asked them if they are sure that they would like to lose the future revenue from myself, family, friends and acquaintances, but there was no word back. I even reached out directly to two of the company owners. My review is always the truth, and I will not be strong armed or coerced into lying about my experience. If they do not want my business, I will gladly spend my future thousands of dollars elsewhere.

The company has now also made false statements in reply to my ****** review. They said that I requested products with a best before date of 12 months. This is * **** *** **** *** a poor excuse to try and justify why they refuse to serve me,

Hi ******, thank you for your review. Kindly note even though you'd purchased these during our liquidation sale at a deep discount from the liquidation section, they were not sent expired or too close to expiry. You had received your items within our policy timeframe.
All products we sell are natural, do not contain preservatives and thus cannot be stored for too long. Our suppliers guarantee the same period of time to us, not more than 30 days. Often times we receive the product and have to dispose of it right away at our cost due to our commitment to our customers. Please note that Best Before Date means a date by which a manufacturer suggests that a vendor removes the product from shelves. Though often times you can find products that expire today or tomorrow on the shelves of other stores, Natura Market implemented a 15/30 day policy to give our customer a buffer of time. We are very sorry, however, we are unable to change our standard retail policy at your request/demand and extend this period of time. Thus to avoid further mutual disappointment we have opted to cancel our service to you. We hope you can respect our decision.

According to the ***** ************ of the tortilla chips that I was referring to, they have a shelf life of almost a year, so I find it pretty ridiculous that you keep saying they don’t have a long shelf life. The fact of the matter is you send customers bags of tortilla chips that expire in a week or 10 days. You must get them at a deep discount and then sell old stock to your customers. So it is in FACT old stock. There is nothing you can write to change that fact. But there is no problem here, I am SO HAPPY to not deal with a ******** company with such poor customer service and policies. I wouldn’t want to give Natura Market ten more cents of my business anyway. So you can gladly keep your old ******* expiring stock and send it to some other poor unsuspecting customers. ***** ****** ******* **** **** *** **** ******* ****. Not interested in your company anymore.
