3 days ago, I bought a waffle maker, and it was the last piece in the store, and the carton was damaged. I asked her, “Does it work?” She answered me yes, and I told her, “If it doesn’t work, return it.” She said, “Yes, we have 30 days to return it.” I tried it, but it wouldn’t work well. I took a picture of the waffle that I had been waiting for for 15 minutes. It was not cooked, and I went to the store to return it. I saw the employee who sold it and she agreed to return it, but the manager came and refused! She said I will try it and went. I tried it and she came back and told me this is working and I will not return it. I asked to return it and I agreed to that. *** *** ****** ******* ** *** ***** ** *** *** **** **** *** ********* ** **** “Note, my English is not good.” I left the place and told her, “I will write a report on you and me.” Your **** behavior. On the second day, I was shocked by a call from the storeroom. She was the assistant director. She spoke to me disrespectfully and raised her voice at me. I asked her not to speak to me because I was not good at speaking English. She forced me to speak and would not respect my wish. *** *** *****

Please do not purchase furniture from KPS.
I had purchased 4 deck chairs that were on sale,to find that they did not fully recline, the chair were a health and safety factor for me.
Although photographs of the chairs were taken, phone calls made to CS, with promises of returning back my phone calls....they never did.
Despite sending KSP a legal letter demanding they refund me back what I purchased, they never got back to me, suggesting that the chairs purchased were not faulty, even thought video recordings were submitted by me for their review.
If you don't mind a company falsely advertising promotional offers, if you don't mind financially being taken for granted, and not having your phone calls or emails addressed, unless you do not, because of poor customer services, please do not shop here.
My next step is to report KSP to the Better Business Bureau!
