      I have been with Allstream, benefit program offered by professional organization for decades for my long distances. Recently they changed their billing system, I wanted to cancel my account and stop payments and at first it looked fine until I got yet another bill and in talking with them I (4 times+ and emails) , they finally cancelled my account but I can’t get out of last payments until I get an authorization from the organization. Stupid as they only dealt with me for decades and the organization they admit not having any valid number for anymore and nor do I. Yet they want a letterhead letter from them. * **** *****

      I have been a client of Allstream over 10 years, I have not been assigned a Sales Rep. In the last five years I have noticed that my bill keeps getting higher and higher with no explanation. To date, Allstream has disconnected my phone lines. This occured April 15 2024. Today is May 15 2024
      I hada ***** ******* *** wanted to discuss my bill and lack of service. The last time I had service from a customer service agent was February 2024. ** ****** **** * *** **** **** 
      I cannot run my business as a result of being disconnectced, I have no contract with Allstream.
      Please this is urgent I need help.

      PLEASE STOP CALLING US. YOU HAVE BEEN BLOCKED FROM BOTH OF OUR PHONES AND WE ARE ON THE 'DO NOT CALL LIST. I WILL NEVER USE WHATEVER IT IS THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO GET ME TO BUY!!!!!

      My monthly bill nearly doubled, so I called them. They do not open until noon CST, and they take 1 hour off at noon in their time zone. I call and wait on hold in excess of 30 minutes each time.
      I gave 30-day notice that I was canceling my service on October 5, 2023, and moved my service November 8, 2023, but I am still charged for their service through December 15, 2023, and a $25 disconnect fee.

      ***** ** * ***** notified them several times that we were not using their service, we were told that we were not authorized to cancel. I still do not know what services they provide. We use ******** for phones, internet, and TV.

      For the past 2 months I am getting numerous **** calls with no messages from Allstream from varying locations across Canada. As many as 4 times a day. I am fed up withhaving to block these numbers only to have another pop up. This is *********** and you need to stop this. I am on a no call list but that isn't helping.
