      I had placed an order for a mattress over the phone with what I believed was customer service on August 22, 2024.

      The representative or individual receiving my order told me it would delivered on August 27th in the evening.

      They then said they accept email money transfer for half of the price of thr mattress and half cash on delivery. *** ***** * ***** * ****** **** ***** **** *** * ***** ******** ******

      I sent the email money transfer. Never received a receipt.

      On the 27th, we were notified the delivery was delayed until the following week.

      It has now been over two weeks and no mattress. I have reached out to the number listed on the website and no answer. After I call I get a text message stating "please text, we are busy." ***** *** ***** **** **** ** ********* ******* **** *** **** ******** ******** 
      Anyway, I am now out my money and we have no idea if we will ever get the money or the mattress. No one is returning my calls.

      Hello I purchased a mattress from mattress 2 door in September 2021 and i paid 550$ for that they give me 10 warranty on mattres but after around 1 year mattres start sagging and i am not even able to sleep or sit on that i file a complaint to company but it’s been more than 6 months no one is helping me out the even don’t pick the call * ****** ******** ** *** ** ***** ***** ** **** **** ** **** *** ***** ****** **** ** *** ** ***** **** *****

      We purchased 4 mattresses and bed frames and a sofa set from this company, known as Matress 2 Door. The bed frames we ordered were poor quality, and the sofa set especially was nothing like I expected. The bed frames and mattresses still get the job done, but the couches are ridiculously uncomfortable and it feels like you’re sitting on pins and needles. The bed frames we ordered are completely different colours than what we ordered. The sofa set ***** ** **** **** *** ** ***** ***** **** It’s impossible to sit on and it’s very very poor quality. We in fact saw the same sofa sets from a different merchant for 600 dollars. ** ****** *** **** ****** ***** *** ** **** ******* **** *** ****** ** ****** **** ** *** ** *** ***** **** ***** **** *** ****** ** ******* I specifically asked the woman at mattress 2 door if I can return or exchange any items that I don’t like, and she said yes. Now when I try to get in contact with them she tells me all sales are final. We still have two sofas packed in ite boxes after opening the first one and seeing the poor quality of which it was made. ** **** ********* ******** *** ***** ******* **** *** **** ** ****** * ****** ** ******* ***** **** ****** **** ****** *** *** ****** ** ****** ** * *** ***** *** ******* ********* At the moment we don’t have couches to sit on and we can’t afford to purchase new ones as a result of this companies refusal to refund us. We would appreciate assistance on this because we’ve tried to contact them multiple times, spending hours on the phone, with no help at all.
