      I contacted ********, which is owned by Nature's Sleep, in January 2023 about getting a replacement mattress cover for my ******** Classic, which I purchased in 2017. This is the cover that incases the foam insides and stops fiberglass from going in the air. The old cover was cheaply made and did not survive a move across state.

      First, the representative sends me an email asking for information for an entirely different product I don't even own. When I corrected him, he asked for new information, including photos and the tag number. You cannot provide a tag number because the tags are on the cover, which I am contacting to get. I answered all other questions then I heard nothing. I called a week later and a supervisor emailed me saying I could purchase the cover for $150 but they need to double check because they don't use those covers for new beds, anymore. That was Jan 25. I never heard back as of March 30.

      I've called back and was told since it was an ****** order, I needed to contact their ****** support enail address, which I had already done. No response. I have called and followed up 12 times and have been told they are forwarding the information to the ****** support team and I should hear back but never do.

      They blocked me on ******* because I said their team won't get back to me. I didn't even tag them. One representative, Jay, is **** and needs ro find a new job. I asked to speak toa. supervisor and they came up with every reason in the world not to have me speak to one despite offering.

      They seem to block anyone who doesn't give positive reviews.
