      I took two numbers from Bell which had unlimited calls to USA, unfortunately for some reason I was not able to receive any calls from USA to my Canadian Number . I tried talking to Bell Customer Support for hours with no resolution, hence tried escalation route.
      The people from the resolutions department was saying Tech support will fix the issue for me but Tech support was in some other game, as per Tech support this is not an issue with Bell but an issue with all other providers across USA.. I fail to understand that logic !!!
      At this time I'm fed up with Bell Tech Support, don't want to spoil my personal life by fighting with this guys who clearly don't have any idea of what they are doing nor understand the pain of a Customer. I'm just going to switch to a new service provider

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Bell Canada and to request the removal of the $996.83 cancellation fee that was charged to my account (*********). I believe this fee is unjustified given the circumstances surrounding my decision to cancel my subscription. I initially subscribed to Bell Canada of receiving reliable internet connectivity for my business. However, I have been consistently disappointed by the poor quality and the negative impact it has had on my ability to manage my business. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issues I encountered, the problems persisted, leaving me with no choice but to seek an alternative service provider. The unreliable internet connection provided by Bell Canada hindered my business operations, resulting in significant financial losses and a decline in customer satisfaction. Considering the substantial financial implications and the negative impact on my business, it is only fair that I am relieved of the cancellation fee. I firmly believe that I should not be penalized for terminating a service that failed to meet the basic requirements. I trust that upon reviewing this information, you will recognize the validity of my complaint and take appropriate action to remove the cancellation fee from my account. I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter, preferably within reasonable timeframe, If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within this timeframe, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this complaint to the appropriate regulatory authorities and seek legal advice to protect my rights as a consumer.
      I hope that we can resolve this matter amicably and avoid any further inconvenience or unnecessary escalation. I have been a loyal customer of Bell Canada for 1/5 years and I believe that a fair resolution can be reached.
      Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

      * ***** **** ***** ******** ***** *** * *** **** *** **** *** ******** ******* I just finished talking with a representative whose hands are tied when it comes to what they can or cannot offer. I have been a 20+ year loyal customer and a senior to boot and they could not match or even come close to what ****** Senior plans are offering. They are willing to lose a loyal customer over $20 a month and 5GB less than what ****** is offering. Why would a huge company like Bell not match what their competitors are offering, Dah! No brainer to me, see you Bell, sad to go but everyone is watching their Pennie’s these days.

      **** ******** ** ******** ** **** ****. My wife and I had our ID stolen and all of our accounts on hold for a few weeks while things were changed over. I noticed Bell about this and that I would be late given the circumstances. We made arrangements with them so we can catch up after the identity theft. I followed through on my end but they suspended me. She said sorry as it was an error. But, then I received a bill and each phone had a $56.60 connection fee! They adjusted it. But then, it went suspended again today FOR NO REASON! ** ******** ***** *** *** * **** ** ** *** *** *** ********* * ******** *** * **** ** *** ****** ** * ******** **** *** ******** ** **** *** ** ***** ******* I called them and they can't do anything about it. I tried to cancel my Bell account. She can't even cancel my account! **** * ***** ** ******* *******

      I was contacted by a Bell representative with an exclusive offer which I accepted. I transferred my mobility services over to Bell switching over 2 phone lines. Upon switching they notified me they couldn’t offer me what was offered. I lost out on a good plan with ****** because I switched and now need to find a new service provider because I refuse to do business with Bell.

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I scheduled to move my internet to my new home and 22 days later still no internet. When i call no one has a clue as to what the issue is and how to fix it

      Between extra charges always being added to my high phone bill not to mention because inuograded my phone and got the wrong color i asked for. I dumbly pay smart care every month to get lied about them not fixing phones thats why they coukdnt just send me a screen and degitalizer for like 60 bucks on top of extra 20 every month they have to make me get 580 phone replacemnt but because ny credit limits 200 and i was lied to about it coming in next bill which i got paid day beforr so i fugured perfect but no my phone got suspended and rhe phone took me weeks of talkimg to people amd getting all the info just ti get them to send me phone 1-3 days 4-5 days after im like *** cause tracking number leads no where so now cause my phone suspended even tho i shouldnhave almost 300 in credit i dont have new phome and my billsnsuspended and i been sent back and forth between diffrentncustomer services really about to walk on this *********

      I have had cell phones for 25 years. Bell service in my home is the worst I have ever seen. Keep dropping calls, can't even use my cell phone in my house. Need to go to my garage to get any service. I have been complaining about this since Sept 2022, as of to date the service has not change. Absolutely terrible.

      Bell is the worst provider I have ever been with. I have a credit limit of 200$ on my account that never exceeds. Yet every single month before my bill is even due they suspend my account. It makes it extremely hard to do business, they will even suspend it if you’re not even close to exceeding your 200$ limit. **** *** ******** **** ** *** * ***** ** *********. Cannot stand this service! They are a nightmare to deal with. You also cannot even call 611 to connect with them and talk to someone! The most frustrating service I have ever used! BEWARE!!!

      Horrible phone service. Talk about customer remorse!!! I bought a new phone with Bell as my provider. Poorest quality I have ever had. Phone continually has static and drops calls consistently. Fighting with them for 9 months to get out of the plan and get me a new phone. Bells answer...the phone tower is overloaded. They won't be getting another for a year. My question then is why did the sell me a phone package at all. **** ** *****. As soon as I can get out of my plan, I will never return to bell and have already cancelled my tv and internet. Most horrific service I have every had. I would not recommend Bell to anyone.
