      I regret signing up with them.
      80% of the time I only get 1 bar signal in most places inside the city and slow internet. If you have second line with them, you are exempt from 5G access and your ability is seized to give hot spot even though the don't tell you that when signing up.
      Their outsourced customer service is hilarious. Can't wait to leave them.

      Opened a business mobility account, account was suspended next day for ID validation, I went to the Bell store, spend 2 hours, provided all the docs and IDs, validation is refused since address in Certificate of Corporation is different from the current business address, company is registered 22 years ago, Certificate in Ontario can not be updated.
      total time wasted till now is about 5 hours.

      supervisor is *******! does not want to solve the problem he can not even say something he can do he just said just pay your contract! he does not care at all!!!! i wish my ecperienced will happen to him too!!! like paying over charged 400$ a monthly bill im so frustrated!!! he made my day very bad!!!!!

      Horrible customer service. I travelled out of country at the end of May 2023 and I specifically turned off all of my roaming and data on my cell phone so I would not incur the ridiculous $13 a day charge for “roaming.” Upon getting my bill I saw that they had charged me for using my cell on the hotel wifi. They said $52. The “customer service” rep, Louis, was ****, disrespectful and unhelpful over the phone. Talked over me the entire time and did not offer any possible solution for the ridiculous charges. I am switching providers. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR COMPASSION/UNDERSTANDING.

      They spoke to an unauthorized person & turned off the phone ** * ************ ** **** *** *********** *******. We call them to figure out how to turn it back on, they won’t because we’re not authorized… terrible!

      I had a contract with Bell which expired in 2021. I have had 2 increases since then from $35 to $48 per month with limited data. I received this last increase in May with 1 days notice by text. I don't remember receiving this text, and this is no way to do business. I should have received a proper written notice at least by email one month in advance or more. In July I went to another carrier who gave me $30/month plan with more data which is sufficient for my needs. I did give Bell the opportunity to lower my monthly fee, but they came up with a silly plan with barely any data. These last 4 days I have been hounded by Bell with call me, text me, and I told them to leave me with a proper voicemail message, so they have stopped. * *** ***** ** ****** *********** **** ***** ** ** **** *********** *** ******** ** **** **** ** **** ********* *** ***** **** *** ****** ** ***** ****** **** **** *

      Bell Canada Mobility is charging me a bill that there service hasn't been accepted ...but still want to bill me for a service I don't have ..they declined my application but yet they are been very difficult towards me. so I want to make a compliant .. people warned me about doing business with them and boy they were right .. I just want to be rid of this nightmare with them

      I’ll keep this blunt, bell persuaded me and my wife to switch from ******. My first bills were all wrong, 123$ over what was agreed upon, which was resolved after lengthy calls. I have no internet at home currently, bell customer service was ignorant and told me the nearest appointment was 2 days away.       Do NOT call and make any changes or arrangements. Even though calls are recorded, it is likely they will deny ever having a conversation or making an agreement. It can cost you your service being disconnected and the blame placed on you, while ***** ***** *** ** *** *** “not being able to do anything because their system did it and there’s no way to undo it”
      Worst customer service ever and completely untrustworthy!
