Truly a company I highly recommend for all the reasons outlined in the other reviews. We had our chimney restored and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Peter is so personable and hands on that it reflects in the whole experience being wonderful. He fully explained the process, readily answered our questions and kept us abreast of all the details. Rare in this day and age. The crew were organized, pleasant and hardworking. And when it was done, their cleanup was so good that you would never know they had been there. Wow. Thank you for a great job and experience in something that was very important to us.

What a delight to deal with the Contractor, Peter, who is easy to talk to, helpful, friendly but is the gentleman who deals directly with you and is the one who picks up the phone when you call. So there is no mix up of messages. The crew started the job quickly and finished in the set time frame. Everyone was very polite and well organized. Extremely pleased with the workmanship.The replacement bricks are a perfect match.The workers were efficient, friendly and did a really good job cleaning up. An incredibly well-organized, efficient and friendly team completed the job in a professional manner. Special care was taken to protect our new metal roof during this process and everything was superbly cleaned up when the job was completed. My chimney needed repairs badly. Merilou came by, took pictures, explained what work was needed to properly repair the chimney and followed up with an estimate for the complete job. Best decision I ever made going with Stronghouse.
The crew worked safe, smart and hard. Bob the bricklayer is a Master, an artist with brick work. He was absolutely brilliant and results are proof. I have a 3 colour random mix and he nailed it perfectly.
