    On 9/8/23 I contacted the Customization Depot concerning three customer hockey jerseys I wanted to purchase. Speaking with the owner named ***** (I unfortunately did not ask or receive his full name) we agreed on a price for the three jerseys to be custom embroidered logos. I designed and provided the jersey customization including style, colors, logos, name and numbers per instruction and sent the proofs via email to *****. He acknowledged via email that he received the information and would get to work as soon as he completed a large order he was currently working on. When I received the jerseys the logos were silk screened not embroidered, jersey colors were incorrect and names were misspelled. I contacted ***** immediately to inform him of the dissatisfaction with the outcome of the jerseys. He informed me he does not refund for custom jerseys but agreed to remake the jerseys with embroidered logos and correct the colors and misspellings as verbally promised. This occurred on January 12, 2024 when I received the jerseys. As of this date, June 21, 2024 I have not received the correct jerseys and have not had any response from ***** or anyone in the company to my inquiries. I feel ample time has elapsed that I should at this time received the items which I paid $576 in good faith that the problem would rectified. My last communication was in writing on April 11, 2024 of which I have not received the jerseys nor any response. If necessary I can provide all written correspondence as well as copies of the jersey proofs that were sent and acknowledged by *****. While I would like to receive the correct and promised jerseys I at least want to report what I believe has been a dishonest practice perpetrated by ***** and this company.

    On 4/19/22 I ordered a custom jersey through Customization Depot's website. After weeks of back and forth and receiving the jersey, later than their expedited shipping guarantee, I received the jersey. However, there was a unremovable stain on the item and a picture was promptly sent to their customer service. After more weeks of back and forth, they agreed to send another at no charge. That jersey arrived stained as well. After more weeks of back and forth, they agreed to refund the entire amount $78.80, if we mailed both stained jerseys, back to their location. Our office paid an additional $29 to ship the items back to them, via certified mail. We received notice that on 7/12/22, their office received the returned jerseys. I emailed their customer service on 7/14/22 and a direct employee, by the name of ***** on 7/15/22, to no avail. We have not received any further correspondence from them and they have not processed any refund.
