    *** **** *** **** these people gave me a faulty car that had all the lights on the dashboard on on camera. When I went to return the car the guy scurried out the back door and off the front door when I called them to return the car they made sure no one was there so I had to keep the car for the full length of time, they only one Patrick turned around, started ***** **** **** *** calling me names on the phone and when I went to return the car after all his tough talk, he wanted to be escorted by police and *** about anything that he’s done ** * *** ******** ****** ****** *** ******* ***** ****** *** ***** **** ** ***** ******** **** ****** ***** **** ** ******* ** **** **** ** ****** when ask why did they give me this car? He said well if all the car lights were on why didn’t you get back the car? I said I tried and on camera you were seen leaving through the back door, not the front door and you locked the front door Telling me on the phone more than once they reset the dial to turn all the lights off doesn’t reset the fact that it needs a brake check it was 99999 km over its last maintenance check. It had a ABS problem and had a safety airbag problem Just resetting the dial isn’t gonna fix the fact that your airbags need to be changed and the car needs to be serviced and give me my money back before the time the broken down lemon they persuade me to rent. I would not let me return on the day. I tried to return. It was the same day I purchased it .

    When ****** first called in to Try 1 he wanted a vehicle for one day. I told him I could not accommodate one day rentals because our minimum is three days. He then said OK if I could make an exception, I said no he said fine when I explained to him how our deposit structure worked, he got his first 500 when he returned the vehicle and the following 500 would be returned once we determine there are none of the following infractions, 407ETR, any red light cameras and any parking tickets he then said if there was anyway that I could make that exception I said no I’m sorry we do not make that exception only because this is company policy. It takes 22 days for me to find out if there were any infractions that were made he then led to me and explained to me that he had a vehicle that he was waiting to pick up and he was picking that vehicle up on Thursday of that week. He said he needed that extra $500 to pick up the vehicle or else he could not pick it up and he could not pick up the vehicle if he did not work because he needed to work in order to make money in order to pay the rest of the money for the vehicle so in my mind or my thought process after all of this has happened was that he really could not afford renting this vehicle but turned around and still tried to rent it because he needed to get to work

    His dl contract was done up he then got a phone call and was told he could have gotten a better deal from toro i waited diff him to download the app to toro and I gave him the opportunity to check for a better price with toro
    30 minutes later he decided try 1 was his only option. Once he opted for the vehicle we opted to check the vehicle off and any damages that were on the vehicle. I explained that the lights on the dash needed to be reset after servicing the vehicle. The lights were not reset by the mechanic after being serviced. He understood and was given the car keys to be on his way.
    He then called back and asked about the charging port. And where to find it in the car. He assured me that he found it and that was the end of our conversation
    He then called the next day and said the car is not safe stating that the lights that we discussed needed to be reset were an issue for him demanding he wanted a refund. He stated that the car was unsafe and needed to be serviced. I explained that we discussed that and the lights needed to be reset and there was no cause for concern. At that point ****** became forceful and demanded we take back the car and give him back all of his money. I told him
    I will take the car back but he will still be responsible for 3 days. He was not able to be reached. He was as per the GPS in Niagara Falls and surrounding area. Clearly there was no concern with the vehicle on his end.
