    I hired Mr A. October of last year to do a treatment for bed bugs at my apartment 1* ***** *** On the phone we made agreement on six hundred dollars to be paid in cash for two treatment s and + third treatment would be free we agreed I would paid first treatment four hundred dollars and second treatment to pay two hundred dollars in cash and to call him for the third free treatment if needed.

    I payed Mr A. four hundred dollars the first treatment as he requested I payed in cash he provided a receipt which didn’t even show I paid .
    Second treatment was done in January 11 2023 I paid him two hundred dollars in cash and got no receipt he told me his receptionist died that’s why he could not provide me receipt. So I tried to get it in text that I paid and he responded acknowledging that I paid so I didn’t bug him any more for the second invoice .He told me I had to wait three weeks from the second treatment to get the third free treatment so I did . texted him I want a appointment for the third free treatment and he just kept giving me excuses his receptionist had Covid 19, so I gave him time for that then when I texted him asking again for the third free treatment appointment again he came to me with another excuse saying receptionist she died so I gave him time to deal with that then two moths later again I texted him request for an appointment to get the third free treatment he responds saying it’s his wife texting that he now has Covid 19 and is quarantineing so I give him two weeks time for that then I text him again now he says text from wife again that A. passed away long time ago but he replied to one of my texts in may saying don’t worry I didn’t forget about you . I asked like three times for him to give me appointment for third free treatment in text and he never denied it that he owes me a free treatment now his wife so he say she text me now saying by looking at our texts between me and A. that it was not for a free treatment but for an inspection I responded no from our texts I always said free third treatment and he never correct me once now the wife texts saying her and her brother took over the business saying if I need any help to call them so I texted yes I need your help I would like the appointment for the third free treatment no response. Couple days later I text again still haven’t to waiting for response still no response now he’s ignoring my texts . If it was his wife texting me she has no reason to ignore me  I’ve been checking his website frequently to see Mr A. replying to all of his customer s reviews three days ago post  ,a month ago post last time I checked dead people don’t reply to texts he always thanks them saying A. owner this guy is a **** . ***** . ********* making excuses not to give me the third free treatment which he quoted me in our first day conversation on phone . I have all the texts and his reviews  that he’s replying to saved for evidence.

    To whom it's may concern. 

    Since this a family business It is unfortunate to see a client unhappy with any service they paid for . But that is not the case with this customer. A few months ago my husband   God Rest his soul did a bed bug treatment for this customer, how the treatment works either two visits or four visits there is third visit . Why because bed bug  lays eggs every day and they  hatches every 14 days so after the first treatment is done we need to come back after 14 exactly to do under treatment for the hatched eggs. And if the infestation is big we need to come for the third and the fourth treatment off course with the extra charge for the third and the fourth.  But what happened in this case as I told the client  we only do a free inspection after the second treatment just to assist the situation. And I you check our website you will see everything in details.After the death of my husband and our assistant we received a call from the customer and I explained to her how it works . She insisted on free third treatment I that's not how it work we can give you a free inspection which she doesn't want.  

    Regarding replying to our ****** reviews we have a company that is taking care of that ( ****** reviews and the website)

    Now since iam in charge including my brother and my husband's brother we came to the inclusion of give $50 money transfer to the client so she can get her home inspected with a different company.

    I will need the money transfer of fifty dollars transferred to my daughters email address which is 
    *************************.com as I don’t have e-transfer set up and she does .
