      I have been receiving automated phone calls for over a year, all for accounts I do not have active. They call before 7AM but fortunately my phone blocks most of the calls just leaving voicemail.
      The message appears to attempt to be the minimum level to comply with some debt collection act, but this is clearly a bottom of the barrel, shot in the dark, ***** ********* approach.

      Minimum 3-4 calls a day for a payment I am not responisible. Number always shows as "likely spam" and then a robot voicemail

      Gatestone & Co Contact Centres Inc has been ********* **, calling me 5 - 6 times a day with no messages left. No idea who is calling me over one monthly payment missed. I payed the entire credit card off and they still keep calling me. **** ** ***********

      A letter was sent dated June 24th. It took two weeks to get to me. That doesn't really leave much time to pay the bill. Also, do not offer an online payment method where there is none. I followed the instructions listed in the letter to pay online and it only showed me what was required to be paid but there was no option for making payment. As a collections agency, you need to do better at making it easier for people to pay, not more difficult.

      I just tried to call to see if someone can help me and the lady *** ********* **** *** right off the bat was annoyed with me because she didn't understand my question.
      I just wanted help to find out why money is coming out of my account and NOT going towards my debts.       I received correspondence from this company, then a person phoned me May 16, she did not identify herself, could hardly speak English, was extremely ****, and hung up on me. The matter they are contacting me about is a very old one, long done, however, these people are totally **************, I reiterate, extremely ****, and maybe that's how things are done in THEIR country, but not in Canada.       I received a collections letter in the mail on April 30th, 2024, dd. April 22nd from Gatestone. I called the company on May 5th, and was told that my file was recalled by ****, and that there ARE no details now to provide me with as the file is no longer with them.
      The person I spoke with, A_K_, refused to put anything in writing re. the matter, or to send me a letter to explain that my file is closed as "it has been recalled by ****".
      My mobile ****** provider) gave this company's number as Spam that is stated on the "Collections letter" right from the start ***** * ******* *** *******.

      This company associated with *** bank and that bank blocked my progress and didn't pay for my banking ideas, they used since 2017.... They ********* on the phone to pay bills and not conveying customer message to company.....

      This company did not verify the information and put a collection on my credit report. I have contact ******* *****, and credit bureaus. They are all contacting GS collection on my behalf now. But until now, they told me no response from GS collection. **** ******* ** * *****

      I agreed to a settlement on my overdue account. They sent the settlement via Canada Post and it expired the same day it arrives. I called in and was told oh well too bad, now you pay the whole balance.
      I now get **** phone calls, sarcasm, and told I broke a promise to pay. **** **** ***** ** ****** ***** * **** *** *** ****************** *****
