    About three years ago Koch Constructions (homecarenow) had approached us to buy out the water heater installed by ******* *******. Hannah was the sales lady who showed up at our door and completed the transaction. She mentioned we do not have to worry about any transaction, Koch construction will buy out from ******* ******* and we will stop seeing bills from ******* following next month. However for last three years I am billed by koch construction and also from ******* ******* for an amount of $48 per month each. Close to $100 is what i am paying for my water heater. I have been trying to reach koch construction and is given a ***** promise that they will reimburse all my bills and it is not done ever and now they've stopped responding. *** ******* ****** ****** **** **** ************ *** ******* ** ******* **** *** **** *** *** *** *** ***** ********** **** *** ********* I was in touch with a supervisor Shae and she was writing emails to me that she is getting it reimbursed for me. Never happened. Now I am here over three years and still paying at two places. Koch construction took the water heater from ******* **** ******* and had advised that they are buying it out from them. ** * ******** ** ** **** ****** *** ** ** *** ** *** ****** *** *** ***** ****** *** **** ** ** *** ** ************* **** **** ************ ** *******. Now ******* is taken over by ***** ******** and I am getting collection notices from ***** ******** to make the payments.
