    *** ** *** ***** **** ***** ***** After several weeks wait, I pIcked up a custom order from Drapery King, unboxed it at home and found it was missing pieces.
    Drapery King wanted me to chase their wholesaler for the missing bits. I put it back in Drapery King's court, and said "No. You fix it with your supplier. "Took five days before I got a grudging "OK, bring the order back to us."
    I had to ask over and over "And then, how long until it will it be ready". Answer came finally: "Don't know." Having already wasted a month I gave up on Drapery King and installed the order without the missing bits. What a pain to deal with.

    Drapery King has thousands of happy customers including yourself we have done work with you in the past and you were very happy. You came in as a repeat customer.
    For some reason this time you had an issue with a blind and refused to bring it to us to rectify, you refused to pick up the phone when i called you back same day with a repair number.
    we asked for your address to send someone to pick it up and you ghosted us.
    the offer to ad the valanc to the blind still stands you just have to give us a way to get the blind to do so.
    we never left a customer hanging and i wont start with you.
    you got your blinds in 5 business days
    Maxxmar the manufacturer offered to do it while you wait you refused.
    i have the text messages from you to show you refused to let us make it right.
