    I purchased one of their mattress through ******* ****** website. The mattress was being delivered by ***, but after waiting some time and it not showing up I lost faith it every would and told *** to cancel the delivery as I could no longer wait for this mattress. They said no problem we will send it back to the company. Now I can't get a refund because ******* says ******** ****** won't refund me the money until the mattress is checked over for any damage that may have occurred while it was in transit, and if there is damage I will be held financially responsible for it even though *** has insurance to cover this. I have filed a dispute with **** for the transaction but who knows what will come of this. And who knows when *** will deliver the mattress back to the company since they seem to have problems delivering on time. And this company continues to use *** even though they know that damage is being done to the items it is shipping. So I'm out a mattress as well as the money I gave to *******. Never again!

    I purchased the mattress on FurnitureMattressDirect and the quality of the mattress was very poor, there were sewing threads falling out around the mattress. It also gave off a bad smell that made it impossible for my children and I to sleep. After communicating with FurnitureMattressDirect by email, the way they handled the situation is incomprehensible to me, my request is only to return the product for a refund, so that I can re-buy a mattress **** **** ** that my child and I can sleep without worrying about the mattress, but it has been two weeks since I received the product, and they have found all kinds of reasons not to process the return for a refund, which is incomprehensible to me.

    I will say that Sam tried his best to be helpful but in the end this was such a hassle and I have never had such a bad experience with a furniture company. First, they canceled my order for no reason. I had to call to find out why. They said because they are no longer shipping because of complaints of damage. Yet they still have not removed shipping option from their website. So then I place the order again saying I will pick it up. Finally get the order, get home, and the first box I open has damage and an entire piece missing. They also told me the chest is not available from the package but that they can provide another one from a different manufacturer that is close enough in colour no one would notice. I get the chest. It's brown. Other furniture is grey. ***** ******* ****** ****** Anyway, email and call about the damage and missing pieces. Say they will replace but will not ship. Have to go BACK to Toronto AGAIN. ** ******** points out to them a spot on the wood. They tell her oh don't worry about it. I open it when I get it, not only was that spot MORE DAMAGE, but they gave me the WRONG REPLACEMENT PARTS!!! I email again and their response is we will escalate this because we cannot seem to come to a good resolution. At this point, I've already asked for a discount of some kind because of all the hassle. I will be calling my CC company for a partial refund. ** *** **** *****
