    I received the mattress but it's broken, I sent the email to the company, their first respond was received on 21st Sep 2022 after my several follow up emails. Then they 2nd and so far their last respond was received on 5th Oct2022, still sayi g they are handling the case but without making any commitment when and how this would be resolved.

    I have been sending follow up emails but not being replied, CS line not being picked up, online chat agent not responding to my messages except the greeting message at the beginning of the chat.

    Since I am a new immigrant and I had their enthusiastic assistance on my order and delivery arrnagement, I thought they were professional and nice. However, my experience has been changed totally on this issue. I now feel very disappointed and desperate as I don't know how I can be fairly treated on this case as they keep ignoring me.

    Please help me get this resolved or let me know what else I should do to protect my right. I have full amount paid and my return not being handled properly. Thanks!
