    ** *** *** **** *** ******** if you need your pets medication in a reasonable amount of time. It should not take almost 2 weeks to get meds shipped to you when you pay for priority shipping. It took them 2.5 days to upload the prescription my vet faxed to them do I could place the order. Then it took them a week to prepare the meds with me calling daily to check on the status. It then took 4 days for them to ship it out with me calling each day and threatening negative reviews before they finally shipped it out. It’s ludicrous for it to take this long.

    Ridiculous timeline. This is a pharmacy. My vet sent in prescription. I pay expidited shipping because meds were needed fast. I was told and have the email that my prescription had been "expidited". Hmmm I'm four days in and it "still processing". Meanwhile our pet goes without meds. Lesson learnt. Might be cheaper but you obviously get what you pay for. Ridiculously poor service.

    When I read the reviews for Pets Drug Mart, I was skeptical about switching from my vet's office. Most of the reviews were not complimentary. I decided if I had the same misfortune as most of those who wrote the reviews, I could switch back to my vet for my dog's medications. Submitting the prescriptions was easy and if I had any questions, the response from the customer service department was fast and clear. What I really like about ordering from Pets Drug Mart is I can order a small or large number of pills, depending on what I need and what I can afford at the time. The dispensing fee is reasonable and the shipping costs are minimal. Even with those two added costs, I am spending a significant amount less than through the vet. Since switching, I have received two orders. Ordering is simple and straightforward, and best of all, the medications were at my door three business days later. I am glad I made the switch.

    **** ******* ******** ******** ****** The customer service is atrocious. Every single order I have ever placed has had issues and delays. I gave this company a one year trial period and NO MORE. Customer service gives inaccurate information which then causes delays on your order. My dog takes prescription heart medicine and I typically order one to two months before running out. This company takes so long to finish an order that I have run out on more than one occasion which then means I need to spent more money and get pills from a local veterinarian. ** ******** * ****** *** ***** **** ******* * *** **** **** **** ****** ****** ** *** * **** ** * ******** ******* ***************  Also - it is required that your vet send in a refill request via fax or email and their fax is always down - hence causing more delays. ***** ****** ******* **** *****
