    I had an interview with Joanna at Toronto Matchmakers and signed up Aug 23, 2018. I paid $2260.00 for 6 referrals (dates) I was told they had many matches that met my criteria and would have no problem finding dates for me.
    I had 2 matches 1 in 2018 the other 2019. Neither were suitable I was told they would review after my 6 matches and probably delete them as it was so obvious we were not compatible.
    I have emailed via their dashboard, and called many times I was told to be patient, they were looking for the "right one". I have all the emails on the dashboard but I also called every few weeks I also have the original package with my contract and payment info.
    I finally requested a refund, and received the following ***** **** ***** *** ******** ******** The servicing agent is still servicing accounts on behalf of Toronto Matchmakers and referrals are sent when someone closely meets your preferences and they are available for meeting. As for your request for a refund, that we cannot authorize.

    I have not been able to contact them since then. I have sent emails via their portal, the phone number I have for them ************** says "The number you have reached is not set up to receive calls It's been 4 yrs, people are going out again (COVID) I would like my money back, or at the least the 6 matches I was promised?
    Any help or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated
