    I had ordered from this company as a subscription. I tried to cancel but they make it extremely difficult by making you go through a process online and then forcing you to call a toll free number. When you call the number, they keep you on hold for a righteous amount of time and the ln they hang up on you, staying to call back later. I called today and finally got through after multiple calls, to state I wanted to cancel and be refunded for an order that went through today, I was told I would be charged 20% fee for cancellation. I asked if that was in their terms and conditions and they said yes, but it is not. The website shows when items ship. Today is 5/1/25 and it showed my items would ship on 5/5/25, so there’s no restocking . The woman told me it’s a convenience fee for giving me a refund. I would like the money back. I should not have to pay $15 to cancel when it is not stated in the policy

    Revive Superfoods is an online subscription service that one to find out charges weekly for smoothies. It advertises as a one time trial and that is how I understood it to read. Their ****** way of ******* the consumer is by continuing sending the product automatically and choosing its own products instead of the consumer even to make choices. . I never wanted the product past the trial time. They are ************ ******* *** ******** ** sending more product and charging $101.39 each week. I cancelled the account on March 28 and the charges appeared on my credit card account on March 28. I notified them I wanted a refund.     Company reactivated a skipped order and refused to refund on the day they charged my credit card. In the account history it shows the item has not been prepared for shipment and I contacted customer support and they stated they held the delivery since I am out of town but refused to refund and would only convert to a credit for future orders.

    The company has no point of contact. They re-started a subscription with no contact to me. There is no way to permanently delete an account. I have disputed the charge with my credit cad company and am awaiting response. The shipment has been processed and the charge has been processed, but neither has been finalized. There is no way to contact them to prevent the charge and shipment.
